So, as a Proportun Tenant, we represent you on behalf of the rental property owner to ensure that you and your home consistently receive proper attention as your single, trusted source for responsive, personal care and reliable, professional services.

We’re here to support your rental journey, serving as your host in whatever way we can.

We primarily act as your liaison with the property owner, for consistently professional communications. And we’re committed to maintain your home in a manner mutually favorable to you and affordable for the property owner.

And beyond that, we are available to :

  • help you move in,

  • provide home care advice,

  • seek approval for and perform your requested, ‘nice to have’ but not ‘need to have’ home improvements, and

  • help you move out when that time comes too.

Upon receiving your message, we will do our utmost to respond within 24 hours (even on weekends!) for regular correspondence, and as soon as possible for emergency matters.


We give priority to your specific needs as a tenant through a dedicated, message tracking system.


Use this for non-emergency matters that are adversely affecting the appearance or functionality of the home or its features.


Use this for emergency issues that are impacting the well-being of the home’s occupants, and or damaging the home or its features.


Please give at least one month’s notice of your intent to end your tenancy and vacate the home. We’ll support you all the way.
